07 Data Retention

gbets retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. Specifically:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and Philippine AML regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Identity Verification Documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years after account closure.
• Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless a longer retention period is required for an ongoing dispute or legal matter.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you hold a gbets account, and for three (3) years after account closure as evidence of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, gbets will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

10 Children's Privacy

The gbets Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. gbets does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If gbets becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the gbets Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11 Changes to This Policy

gbets reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification before the changes take effect.
